Salvaging my fruit to make a healthy Smoothie

By the end of the week, I usually have some fruit that I am afraid that is going to get bad so I pop them in the baggie and put in the freezer.  If bananas are turning dark on the outside, I will break them in pieces and put in the freezer in a baggie.

Then I use my IT WORKS! ProFit powder (which is high in protein) and add it to almond milk or low fat milk along with my IT WORKS! Greens.  Then I pull out the baggies of fruits in the freezer and decide which flavor I want today, banana, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry or a combination. I just put a few pieces of fruit in the Ninja and put the Ninja to work.

It make the smoothie like a "Wendy's Frosty" thickness and it delicious and I am getting all the nutrients I need for breakfast.
