These wraps are awesome!  They are delicious right out of the fridge or nuked in the microwave for a few seconds.  They are delicious.  You can even add mustard or other condiments to them and make them taste just like you want them. 

The Hormel REV wraps are so convenient.  If you are in a hurry and need a snack they are good enough for that.  Each of the different flavors is just as awesome!  My favorite was the spicy turkey!  Yummy!

I have been taking Greens - Berry for almost a week and I honestly can tell a difference.  It is designed to get your PH balance in your body back to normal and help you feel better in general.  It is an detoxifying and alkalizing drink mix. It has 38 herbs and nutrient-rich "superfoods" in it and is equal to eight plus servings of fruits and vegetables in each serving.  You can also get this drink mix in orange flavor.

Tuesday, May 7, 2013 steps

I only got 2,836 steps today but better than I have been.  Since my eye surgery in October of last year I have gotten lazy.  I am having to build back up on my steps.

I keep a 2  year old and 3 month old so you would think I would get many steps but evidently not. I have to really work at it to get more steps.  I hope you will join me in getting more and building up to 10,000 steps a a day.  Great challenge but I used to do it every day.

May 7, 3013 Healthy Changes

Here is some healthy choices I have made in the fast.  http://changingtohealthyeating.blogspot.com/ I am going to start putting the recipes on this site I just mentioned and the changes on this site you are reading now..

Yesterday, I substituted cauliflower for potatoes in my cabbage and ground beef stew.  When you cook cauliflower you cannot tell much difference between potatoes and cauliflower, especially in creamed potatoes (cauliflower) but it worked fantastic in the stew!

Today I am going to start on my adventure of smoothies made with yogurt and fruits and veggies.  They gotta be great for you. I will add tidbits of info as I learn and so great to use up extra fruits and veggies leftover.
