Yesterday,
I substituted cauliflower for potatoes in my cabbage and ground beef
stew. When you cook cauliflower you cannot tell much difference between
potatoes and cauliflower, especially in creamed potatoes (cauliflower)
but it worked fantastic in the stew!
Today I am going
to start on my adventure of smoothies made with yogurt and fruits and
veggies. They gotta be great for you. I will add tidbits of info as I
learn and so great to use up extra fruits and veggies leftover.
