I only got 2,836 steps today but better than I have been. Since my eye surgery in October of last year I have gotten lazy. I am having to build back up on my steps.
I keep a 2 year old and 3 month old so you would think I would get many steps but evidently not. I have to really work at it to get more steps. I hope you will join me in getting more and building up to 10,000 steps a a day. Great challenge but I used to do it every day.

May 7, 3013 Healthy Changes

Yesterday, I substituted cauliflower for potatoes in my cabbage and ground beef stew. When you cook cauliflower you cannot tell much difference between potatoes and cauliflower, especially in creamed potatoes (cauliflower) but it worked fantastic in the stew!
Today I am going to start on my adventure of smoothies made with yogurt and fruits and veggies. They gotta be great for you. I will add tidbits of info as I learn and so great to use up extra fruits and veggies leftover.

Walking Challenge and Eating Healthy Challenge
Three of my friends and myself have committed to walking and getting more steps and eating healthier. Making healthier choices.
