But when you ask him, be sure that your faith is in God alone. Do not waver, for a person with divided loyalty is as unsettled as a wave of the sea that is blown and tossed by the wind.” ~~ James 1:6

What Are You Sending Out Into This World Today? Part 2

Picking up with the last statement of the first post I will start another one. Hoping you have done a lot of thinking on this as I have. But of course, I need to do a lot more thinking and meditating on it. LOL

Regardless of whatever circumstances may cause discontent or dissatisfaction, complaining is always an expression of unbelief toward God’s order in our life.

This part ~an expression of unbelief toward God’s order in our life. ~ just blows my mind!  I have never in my 57 years on this earth even thought of it that way.  Have you? because I am complaining or griping or whining or belly-aching or catter-bawling. I am not believing in God's order in my life.  I do not believe God can take care of my life because I am complaining, etc.  Is that an eye-opener? or what?  Am I the only one that has never really had this "ah-ha" moment before?  Come on now, I am sure I am not the only one, or I hope I am not any way. LOL

Another definition of complaining !
  • Bible says that complaining is a sin and reveals that you are ungrateful and bitter in your heart. OUCH! OUCH! Here are the verses to support that. Psalm106:24,24 & 26 - " 24 The people refused to enter the pleasant land,
for they wouldn’t believe his promise to care for them.
25 Instead, they grumbled in their tents
and refused to obey the Lord.
    26 Therefore, he solemnly swore
that he would kill them in the wilderness.
  • I Corinthians 10:10 - And don’t grumble as some of them did, and then were destroyed by the angel of death.
All of this makes so much sense when you sit down and meditate on it.  When we complain then we are not believe the Scripture that says ~ “...all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose” (Rom. 8:28)

I say this verse over so many times and never had it really hit me that unless I truly accept that God is in control of my life and everything happens for a reason to better our lives if we allow Him to work in our lives and be in control. But once again ~“...all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose” (Rom. 8:28) ~ I just had to repeat it again for my benefit and hopefully to get your attention even more.

This is enough meat for me to chew on for one day.  How about you?  Please read this and re-read this if you have to.  This is awesome stuff to me!
Have a blessed day!
